DAN DIXON

 

Dan joined the team in 2011 and is now well settled in, you may have already met him on site.  He succesfully completed his Fujikura Fibre Optic training in Spring 2012 and we have now purchased a second complete Fusion Splicer kit to expand our fibre install capacity.

 

Dan returned to us after a decade or so of military service which he chose to do after completing his Cabling Technician apprenticeship.

 

As befits a man of his background Dan is an absolute stickler for getting the job done right, on time and cleared as efficiently as possible; great for our clients but he's setting a high standard for the rest of us - it can be tiring just keeping up with him.

 

When not spending time with his young family Dan likes to pursue his obsession for fishing, yes sitting by bodies of water in the cold Scottish climate, by choice!  So if you are out and about and you see his liveried van parked near a remote loch, the chances are he isn't installing yet another data network in the middle of nowhere but being ignored by the fish, as usual.
